The Practice

Welcome to Grassendale Medical Practice. We are a long established general medical practice. In 1987 we moved here from Garston Old Road. In 1995, we had an extension built on the existing premises enabling us to develop and expand our services and making the surgery easily accessible for the disabled.

This website has been designed to tell you about the practice and the services that we offer. Please read it carefully. We trust that you will find it helpful and informative.

Surgery Opening Times

Our reception is open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm
(Telephones are manned from 8.00am to 6.30pm)
To access services during the core opening hours please call in at the surgery or telephone 0151 427 1214. When the premises are closed a recorded message on that number will advise patients how to access the service.

On occasions reception will be closed for staff training. Prior notification will be given.

Facilities For Disabled Patients

The surgery has disabled access and facilities available for patients. Should patients require an interpreter, this can be organized by prior arrangement. All patients are welcome to be accompanied during consultation by a relative or friend. We also arrange chaperones at both clinical and patient instigation.

Animals are not permitted on the premises other than guide dogs accompanying patients who are blind or have a hearing impairment.

Parking

Car parking is on road.

We have car parking for disabled patients only. The front car park is reserved for doctors and staff only. We do have strict rules regarding parking because of the potential danger this may present to our patients.
